The pricing is decent and affordable and his car is very easy to learn and get used to. His teachings are very forward and a little challenging at times which is very good for beginners. Didn’t feel any pressure while driving with him, even when I kept repeating the same mistakes over and over again, I didn’t feel any annoyance from him, he explained everything again until I could remember and understand it. He teaches you on practice which is the best way for me personally. Not only he is a good instructor but he is also a really nice person to be around. I’m not a talkative person but it was a pleasure to talk to him. Every lesson was like a free therapy session, with jokes and words of encouragement.

can find cheaper lessons but not the same quality, learn much faster and did much less lessons compared to if i had gone with another instructor, get driving quicker so end up spending less than you would on cheap lessons anyway.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Josh is an absolute legend! An incredible driving instructor that was helpful, patient and a great laugh. The 2 hour lessons were great as it gives you time to get comfortable, which was very helpful when it was all still new but then you still have enough of a lesson to really make progress. Very accommodating with scheduling (I have to travel for work) but it was no issue rearranging and the set time every week helped make sure I could plan around. Each lesson made me feel a safer, more confident driver and I can’t begin to recommend enough to anyone interested in learning.

Fitted my daughter in for a lesson at short notice to help with driving experience in Portsmouth area as it was impossible to get a test sooner in our area. Brilliant 2 hour lesson and covered most of the test route she ended up doing. Highly recommend.

Josh is probally the best driving instructor you could ask for. He's really good teacher and could deal with my blabbering mouth every lession. Not only being a great teachers he's just a great bloke who you get to know and enjoy the lessions with. I'd recommend Josh to anyone. Cheers josh I ain't crashed yet so you've done a good job.

I started my lessons with Josh in January and within a couple of months I was ready for my test. This is thanks to Josh’s great tuition skills and patience. I would definitely recommend Josh as your driving instructor, very honest. It’s a full 5 stars from me.

Josh was an amazing driving instructor who helped me pass my test first time! I was with him for around 15 two hour sessions and each time I got into the car I felt secure. Even though I would be nervous about getting on the road, Josh made me feel safe and comfortable while driving and boosted my confidence in myself and my driving abilities. He was patient with me and never made me feel silly for making any mistakes as he would talk me through what I did wrong and gave me the confidence to carry on. Driving lessons never felt like a chore, as he made every lesson less nerve-wracking and more comfortable with lots of friendly talking throughout the drive. Josh made me feel positive about my driving skills and so by the time I took my test, while I was nervous, I felt secure in my ability to pass and knew what I needed to work on the most to make sure I pass. Not only was he a great driving instructor who teaches in a efficient and professional way, but he was also a genuinely nice person to be around, which is a must when doing something as nerve-wracking as learning to drive. Definitely recommend!!!

Josh is a very good driving instructor that exceed all of my previous expectations. He made sure that every lesson I was pushed out of my comfort zone which allowed me to become comfortable on the road very quickly. Josh is very easy to talk to and is overall a very nice guy but at the same time he knows that you’re in the car to learn and he makes that a priority. In my opinion I found that having the lessons be 2 hours was very beneficial because it allowed me to get used to driving for a long amount of time and made it so I got the most value for my money. You could probably find a cheaper driving instructor but just like most things you pay extra for the quality lessons. I can comfortably say that Josh wanted me to pass just as much as I did if not more which is why he would never waste a lesson. Overall I would highly recommend Josh as a driving instructor to anyone who is looking to pass quickly but still wants to learn everything about driving.

If you’re looking for a boring instructor that will only go through the bare minimum with you then you’re looking at the wrong person. Josh is most likely the best instructor in the area and will go above and beyond to get you ready for both your test and actual driving. I would highly recommend picking Josh as the person who will prepare you for your test 👍

Josh is a very good driving instructor I always felt safe in the car when I first Started to learn and on my first lesson I drove to college which was really amazing and he’s very clear with how you should do things and what not to do.

I am very grateful to have a dad as a driving instructor, I was super lucky that my birthday landed in the lockdown so I had a chance to go out and practice driving a lot and by the time lockdown ended I was ready and last week I took my practical test passing first time. Even though he is my father, I can honestly say he is a great instructor and would recommend him to anyone who wants an effective and honest teacher.

Having Joshua teach me has been an incredible experience. He worked with me to figure out where I am weakest and brought me confidence in myself and kept assuring me he knew i could do it. Absolutely brilliant. Driving instructor is clear and quick with teaching, doesn’t hang around and make you do lessons that aren’t needed. Choosing a driving instructor for your child is a big responsibility but Joshua was amazing.

From my daughters first lesson he made her feel relaxed, comfortable snd at ease. He pushed her where he saw her ability and worked on the areas of weakness always giving her encouragement and praise. We unfortunately started lessons just before lockdown but he continued to coach us as parents on what to focus on and even gave us useful routes to take her to practice until he could resume lessons. He sent links to useful sites and always kept in touch to ask of her progress.

I honestly can’t recommend Joshua highly enough. He is very professional, highly organised and so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. I certainly feel his lessons were amazing value for money. Every lesson was utilised in learning what was needed to pass, not wasted and ineffective. In comparison to some of my daughters friends instructors, they still seem to be learning the basics after many hours of lessons. Eryn passed first time and felt very ready to take her test.

Thanks to Josh's patients and great knowledge of driving I was able to pass my test comfortably and confidently. Originally thinking I was going to need to do an intensive course as I hadn't had a lesson in over 2 years, Josh assessed my driving on our first lesson and was honest with what I would need to do going forward. He didn’t make me feel like he was rushing me or just out to get my money. He really wanted me to pass! I can not recommend him enough! In fact he’s so good I’m sending my husband to him!!
