Lessons must be paid for in advance.
At least 48 hours notice must be given for any alterations & cancellations for whatever reason, otherwise the lesson will be charged for.
In the event that pre-pay deals are not completed before you pass the practical test with us, any used training time will be re-calculated at the normal lesson rate and the remainder refunded accordingly.
U-Turn does not accept responsibility for any tests cancelled by the Driving & Vehicle Standards Agency.
U-Turn reserves the right to prevent candidates' use of cars for driving tests in the interests of public safety.
U-Turn accepts no liability for instructor illness or vehicle breakdowns.
